Before Booking

We offer two convenient methods for booking appointments: online through our user-friendly website or in person at our salon. Our available appointment hours are listed on the site to accommodate various schedules.

When booking appointments, clients are requested to follow specific instructions listed within the desired service. This ensures a seamless and satisfactory service.

While we do not enforce a deposit for bookings, we do require credit card information to secure your appointment.

Appointment Preparation

Prepare for your appointment by ensuring your hair is fully detangled and ready for a refreshing shampoo. Please note, that excessively tangled hair may incur an additional fee. Bring clips if you prefer to leave with your hair pinned after the service. While we aim to keep appointments on schedule, creative services may occasionally take additonal time

Appointment Management 

All appointment management, including rescheduling or cancellations, should be handled online through our booking system. We encourage the utilization of the waitlist for last-minute availability and prompt handling of any changes to avoid fees.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the service cost.


Refund Policy

Refunds are available for unused products with approval. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Add-on Policy

At times, achieving your desired hair outcome may require additional services, such as a trim or conditioning treatment. To ensure the best results and meet your expectations, these add-ons might be necessary for specific services. Please note that add-ons are not optional if they are deemed essential to complete the intended service effectively.

Late Policy

In the event of a late arrival, we operate with a 15-minute grace period. Understandably, unforeseen delays occur, and we strive to accommodate within this window. However, beyond this grace period, appointments may be subject to cancellation at the stylist's discretion, and a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied. Should the appointment proceed after the initial 15-minute grace period, a late fee will be assessed to account for the extended time allocated.
